Season Calendar
- A 50 % deposit is payable within 14 days for advance bookings. The balance must be settled 72 hours prior to arrival at the Resort. When a reservation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival the full amount is payable immediately. If deposits are not paid as stipulated the reservation will be cancelled. A breakage deposit of R300.00 (cash), is payable per chalet. R1000,00 (cash) payment is required for those using our conference facilities (upon arrival, refunded on departure).
- Refund principle applicable: Less than 72 hours: 0 % refund of the fees paid; Less than 14 days: 25 % refund of the fees paid; Less than 1 month: 50 % refund of the fees paid; More than 1 month: 90% refund of the fees paid. Refunds take up to 90 days to be finalised.
- The campsite tariffs are for four (4) people, with a maximum of 6 people allowed per site (R100 per person additional).
